Summary
This study tested whether a computer-based training program designed to change how people process emotions could reduce obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviors in adults with OCD. Five participants took part in the training. The goal was to see if this approach could offer a new way to ease symptoms without medication or talk therapy.
