Can eye movement therapy rewire earthquake trauma in the brain?

Summary
This study will test whether EMDR group therapy helps adults who experienced the 2025 Silivri earthquake in Turkey. Researchers will compare 40 participants who receive the therapy to those on a waitlist, measuring changes in PTSD, depression, anxiety, sleep, and quality of life. They will also use brain wave recordings (EEG) to see if the therapy produces measurable changes in brain activity related to trauma processing.
