Summary
This study tests whether adding EMDR therapy to standard care helps reduce trauma symptoms in people with schizophrenia. About 187 participants will receive up to 26 sessions of EMDR and be followed for 6 months. The goal is to see if this approach can improve both trauma and psychosis symptoms.
