First seen Feb 05, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study tested a drug called elotuzumab combined with prednisone for people with active IgG4-related disease, a rare condition causing swelling and organ damage. The trial was stopped early after enrolling only 8 of the planned 75 participants. The main goal was to check safety, but the early termination means we have limited information on how well the treatment works.
