Summary
This study tests whether a special liquid diet (elemental diet) can help adults with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis feel better during a flare. About 42 people will use the diet alongside their usual treatments. The goal is to see if it reduces symptoms like belly pain and diarrhea, and lowers inflammation, offering a gentler option than more medication.
