Summary

This study tests if Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), a type of tapping therapy, can help smokers who have failed standard stop-smoking programs. Researchers will enroll 40 people who have high anxiety, strong cravings, or low confidence about quitting. The goal is to see if EFT can improve quit rates and reduce symptoms over a year.
