Pumping iron for sugar control: effort matters?

Summary
This study looks at whether the amount of effort during weightlifting changes blood sugar levels in people with prediabetes or type 2 diabetes. Fifteen adults will try a high-effort workout, a low-effort workout, and a no-exercise day to compare results. Researchers will also check how enjoyable or uncomfortable each session feels.
