Summary
This study tests whether giving a blood-pressure-raising drug (norepinephrine) early and adjusting the dose quickly can help adults with septic shock survive longer. Researchers will compare this approach to standard care in 600 patients. The goal is to see if early treatment reduces deaths and helps patients recover faster.
