Summary

This study tests a 12-week program called Breathe Easier+ for people who have finished treatment for non-small cell lung cancer and their partners. The program includes guided walking, resistance training, and stress management delivered remotely via smartphone or tablet. The goal is to see if the program is feasible and helps improve fitness, reduce fatigue and breathlessness, and enhance quality of life for both survivors and their partners.
