Summary

This study tests whether a special type of tai ji quan that combines physical movement with mental tasks can reduce falls in older adults with mild memory problems. About 336 people aged 65 and older who have had a fall or are at risk will participate. The goal is to see if this dual-task training improves balance and lowers fall risk.
