NCT ID NCT07254377
Summary
This study is testing a new rehabilitation approach where people practice mental and physical tasks at the same time. It aims to see if this 'dual-task' method improves walking, balance, thinking skills, and daily function for people with stroke, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, or long COVID. The study will compare this new approach to standard rehabilitation methods.
