Summary
This is a small, early-stage study to see if draining lymph fluid from a chest duct is safe and can lower harmful inflammation in adults with severe septic shock. Researchers will compare a small group of patients who receive the drainage procedure to others who do not. The main goal is to check safety and gather initial data to plan larger future trials.
