Summary

This study tests if 12 weeks of supervised dragon boat racing improves body composition, physical function, and quality of life more than unsupervised home exercise in women who had breast cancer surgery. 72 participants will be randomly assigned to either group. The goal is to find a fun, effective way to help survivors get stronger and feel better.
