Dragon boat race may boost recovery in breast cancer patients

Summary
This study tests whether organized dragon boat training helps breast cancer patients recover better than unsupervised home exercises. 72 women who had breast cancer surgery will be assigned to either a 12-week dragon boat program or home workouts. The goal is to see which approach improves body composition, physical function, and quality of life more.
