Summary

This study looks at how well the drug dostarlimab works and how safe it is for people with a certain type of advanced rectal cancer (dMMR/MSI-H). Researchers will track 50 patients who receive the drug before any other treatment, using real-world data from a national registry. The goal is to see how many patients have their tumors shrink or disappear, and how long that effect lasts.
