Summary
This study tests a drug called dorzagliatin in 15 adults with cystic fibrosis who have trouble controlling their blood sugar. The goal is to see if the drug improves how the body handles sugar after a meal. Participants will take the drug or a placebo for 7 days each, in a random order, and researchers will measure blood sugar and insulin levels.
