Summary

This study looks at how different diets change the timing of hunger, eating, and energy use. Healthy adults aged 18-45 will eat provided meals and track their food intake. They will also have two short hospital stays for blood, urine, and saliva tests. The goal is to understand how food patterns affect daily body rhythms.
