This study looks at how different types of beans—like pink, great northern, and a mix—change the bacteria in your gut. Researchers want to see if bean variety affects digestion, blood pressure, and metabolism in adults with or without obesity. 12 people will eat different beans and provide stool samples to track changes in gut microbes.
