First seen Mar 17, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study looks at whether eating a high-protein, high-fiber meal before a fast can help healthy adults feel less hungry and keep blood sugar steady during fasting hours. Thirty-eight participants will try two different pre-fast meals and track their hunger and glucose levels. The goal is to learn how meal composition affects fasting comfort and blood sugar patterns.
