Summary

This study tests whether a psychedelic drug called DMT, combined with talk therapy, can help people with alcohol use disorder drink less. About 63 adults with alcohol use disorder will receive either DMT or a placebo in a controlled setting. Researchers will check if the treatment is safe and if it reduces the desire to drink alcohol.
