Summary
This study tested two simple distraction methods—bubble blowing and a mental distraction technique—to help children aged 7 to 12 feel less pain, fear, and anxiety during a blood draw. Over 200 children participated, and their pain and fear levels were measured using standard scales. The goal was to find which distraction works best to make the experience less stressful for kids.
