Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called DISC-3405 in 60 adults with polycythemia vera, a condition where the body makes too many red blood cells. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can reduce the need for blood removal (phlebotomy). Participants will receive increasing doses of the drug and be monitored closely for side effects and effectiveness.
