Summary
This study looks at whether adding diphenhydramine (an antihistamine) to standard pain and anxiety medication can reduce pain during a first-trimester abortion. About 98 adults will receive either diphenhydramine or a placebo alongside usual sedation. The goal is to see if this simple addition improves comfort during the procedure.
