Summary
This study tests whether using a digital app that shares personalized memories can improve symptoms like apathy and depression in older adults with mild neurocognitive disorders. Eighty participants over age 60 will use the app for 10-15 minutes daily over 25 days. Researchers will measure changes in mood, motivation, sleep, and quality of life through questionnaires.
