Summary
This study tests whether a smartphone app that delivers personalized memory sessions can improve symptoms like low mood and lack of motivation in older adults with mild neurocognitive disorders. About 80 participants over age 60 will use the app daily for 25 days. Researchers will measure changes in depression, apathy, sleep, and quality of life.
