Summary
This study tests whether using a smartwatch and a mobile app to track pain, activity, and medication in real time can improve outcomes for adults with chronic low back pain. About 80 people will either receive standard care or standard care plus the digital tools. The goal is to see if real-time monitoring and quick access to a doctor can reduce pain and improve quality of life over four weeks.
