First seen Mar 06, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study tests whether using a smartwatch and a mobile app, along with standard care, can help adults with chronic low back pain manage their symptoms better. Eighty adults will be split into two groups: one gets standard treatment alone, the other also uses a smartwatch and app to track pain, activity, and medication in real time. The goal is to see if this digital support leads to less pain and better quality of life over four weeks.
