Summary
This study tested whether online nutrition workshops could help hospital employees eat a more plant-based diet. 64 healthy adults working at a hospital took part. One group got intensive digital training (about 2 hours per week), while the other got lighter support (about 30 minutes per week). The goal was to see if the extra support led to bigger dietary changes.
