Summary
This study tested whether online nutrition workshops could help hospital employees eat a more plant-based, environmentally friendly diet. Sixty-four healthy adults working at a hospital took part in a 13-week program with either intensive or light digital support. Researchers measured changes in eating habits using food questionnaires to see if the workshops made a difference.
