Summary

This study is testing a new, personalized follow-up program for people who have been treated for early-stage colon or rectal cancer. The program uses a smartphone app and blood tests to monitor for cancer recurrence while also focusing on improving quality of life by managing long-term side effects and fear of the cancer returning. It will be compared to the current standard follow-up care in a national trial with 400 participants across Denmark.
