Summary
This study is testing a new, personalized follow-up program for people who have been treated for early-stage colon or rectal cancer. The program uses a smartphone app and blood tests to monitor for cancer recurrence and help manage long-term side effects like anxiety, fatigue, and bowel problems. Researchers will compare this new approach to standard follow-up care to see if it improves patients' quality of life.
