App-Based coach aims to ease chronic back pain

Summary
This study tests if a personalized digital coaching program can reduce daily activity limitations in 330 adults with chronic low back pain. Participants will either receive the coaching or continue their usual care. The main goal is to see if the digital coach helps people function better after 4 months.
