Digital coach aims to ease chronic back pain without pills

Summary
This study tests whether a personalized digital coaching program can help people with chronic low back pain do more of their daily activities. About 330 adults with long-term back pain will either get the coaching or continue their usual care. The goal is to see if automated, tailored advice via smartphone can reduce disability and pain.
