Summary
This study tests whether a digital intervention can improve working memory and self-control in older adults, including those with mild cognitive impairment. Participants will complete cognitive tests and surveys before and after up to 8 weeks of at-home brain training, with a follow-up 6 months later. The goal is to see if the intervention helps maintain or improve cognitive function.
