Summary
This study follows 30 women aged 18-70 who are having DIEP flap breast reconstruction after breast cancer surgery. Researchers will take blood samples before and after surgery to measure markers of inflammation and stress. The goal is to learn more about how the body heals and what causes complications, without giving any experimental treatments.
