Summary
This study aimed to find the best shoe fit to reduce pressure on the feet of people with diabetes and nerve damage. Researchers measured pressure and heat in the feet of 26 participants while they walked in different types of shoes. The goal was to compare three different recommended gaps between the toes and the front of the shoe to see which one is safest.
