Summary

This study aimed to find the best shoe fit guideline to reduce harmful pressure on the feet of people with diabetes and nerve damage. Researchers measured foot pressure and temperature in 60 participants while they walked in different specially-fitted shoes. The goal was to gather evidence to help prevent painful foot ulcers, which are often caused by poorly fitting footwear.
