First seen Feb 13, 2026 · Last updated Jun 22, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study tests whether a smart home monitoring system can help adults with type 2 diabetes who use insulin better control their blood sugar. Participants will use devices at home, and hospital staff will track their data for three months. Some participants will also get help from computer programs that suggest insulin dose adjustments. The goal is to see if this approach improves time in the healthy blood sugar range compared to usual care.
