Summary
This study will collect health information and samples (blood, saliva, urine, stool) from up to 1,000 people aged 8 to 65 who are overweight, have high blood sugar, or metabolic problems. Researchers want to learn how diabetes and obesity develop and change, especially in younger people. Participants will provide data during routine clinic visits for up to 30 years.
