First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 35 times
Summary
This early-phase study tests a new type of vaccine made from a patient's own immune cells. The vaccine is given directly into the spinal fluid to target breast cancer that has spread to the lining of the brain and spinal cord. The main goal is to find the safest dose and see if it helps control the disease. The study includes 15 adults with triple-negative or HER2-positive breast cancer.
