Summary
This early-phase trial tests a dendritic cell vaccine given directly into the spinal fluid for people with breast cancer that has spread to the lining of the brain (leptomeningeal disease). The vaccine is designed to train the immune system to attack cancer cells. The main goal is to find the safest dose and see if it causes serious side effects. Only 15 participants with triple-negative or HER2-positive breast cancer will be enrolled.
