Summary
This study tests whether providing money specifically for healthy foods during pregnancy can help women avoid gaining too much weight. About 1,440 pregnant women will either receive standard care or extra funds (up to $3,000) to buy nutritious foods. Researchers will compare weight gain and pregnancy complications between the two groups.
