First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study tests whether a non-invasive brain stimulation technique called deep rTMS can reduce chronic pain in people with nerve damage or fibromyalgia. About 70 adults with daily pain for at least 6 months will receive either real or sham (fake) treatment over 3 months. The goal is to see if this approach provides meaningful pain relief without surgery or medication changes.
