New magnetic therapy aims to quiet chronic pain without drugs

Summary
This study tests a non-invasive magnetic brain stimulation technique called deep rTMS for people with long-term nerve pain or fibromyalgia. About 70 adults will receive either real or fake (sham) treatment over 3 months to see if it safely reduces pain. The goal is to find a new drug-free option for chronic pain sufferers.
