Summary

This small study will test whether deep brain stimulation (DBS) in two different brain areas can ease symptoms in 4 people with severe, treatment-resistant obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Participants will have electrodes placed in both areas and will be monitored to see which target works better. The goal is to reduce OCD severity and improve daily functioning.
