First seen Jan 03, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called DCR-PHXC in 28 people with primary hyperoxaluria type 1 (PH1) who have severe kidney damage, some of whom are on dialysis. The goal is to see if the drug can safely lower high levels of oxalate in the blood, which causes kidney stones and organ damage. The study is currently only enrolling children under 6 years old.
