First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding two experimental drugs, DB107-RRV and DB107-FC, to standard treatment (radiation and chemotherapy) helps people with newly diagnosed high grade glioma, a fast-growing brain tumor. About 70 adults aged 18-75 will receive the drugs during surgery and afterward. The goal is to see if the combination improves survival and is safe.
