Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called DAOIB in 123 people with mild Alzheimer's disease or mild cognitive impairment. Participants take the drug for 24 weeks and have regular blood tests and memory assessments. The goal is to see if certain blood markers can predict who will respond to the treatment.
