First seen Jan 22, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study looked at whether drinking dairy products after exercise helps bone turnover and reduces inflammation better than a sugary drink or water. Twenty healthy young adults (ages 18-30) took part. Researchers measured bone markers and immune responses in the blood after exercise. The goal was to understand if dairy offers extra benefits for bone health.
