First seen Jan 03, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study tests a culturally adapted internet-based therapy for Farsi/Dari-speaking migrants and refugees aged 15-29 who have mild to moderate anxiety or depression. Participants will receive the therapy over 6-10 weeks, and researchers will measure changes in symptoms compared to a control group. The goal is to see if this tailored approach improves mental well-being in this population.
